    • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds.

    • Do not drink alcohol or caffeine on the day of procedure to prevent excess bleeding and allow the numbing cream to work properly.

    • Avoid blood-thinning pain relievers like aspirin or ibuprofen unless medically necessary.
